Where do you belong?

Belonging is vital to well-being.

Where do I fit? is the question our mind asks a lot through life, do I fit in with this group? do I dare to stand out? do I dare to make a stand? or should I keep my head below the parapet?

Could I dare to be different?

Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out?

In the words of Rhianna ~ let yourself: ♫♥♪ shine bright like a diamond ♫♥♪

Choose to be HAPPY

Rihanna – Diamonds

The past only exists if you live there, it may have shaped you but the past does not have to define your future
What you resist persists
Accept what is
You can choose which thoughts you dwell on and what action YOU take next
Peace comes from giving (your contribution) and growing (your learning)
Get out of your head and into your heart

You are powerful when you believe in yourself.

You are capable of anything you put your mind to.

If you want to be part of a FUN community JOIN the YES Group and attend regularly, it will keep you in powerful positive energy and you will be informed and entertained by the best from the personal development community.
It really helps me to be surrounded by positive energy and a powerful peer group, as you know I work with ex-offenders and the way people treat other people in this world has me shocked and sad a lot of the time and so my peer group is essential to keep my own spirits lifted and to continue my work lifting other people’s spirits ~ belonging is important to us all, I decide not to dwell in the down thoughts, what we resist persists, so do not beat yourself up for having negative thoughts, instead; bless them then release them, let them go and remember the negative is there for good reason; to tell you what you need ~
We all need the positive and negative # its a balance to make (our) the metaphorical ‘light bulb’ work we need both + & –

YES Group London event this WEDNESDAY was great FUN
We had presentations from

The beautiful Tracey CarrFounder at International Forum for Professional Coaches Tracey gave us an eyes closed process and taught us to get out of our head and into our heart

Try this for a meditation: Relax with your eyes closed and uncross your legs and arms. Take 3 deep breaths and think about who you love and who loves you, then think about all the things in your life you can be GRATEFUL for, take 3 more calming deep breaths and ask yourself what does my HEART want in this moment?

Also speaking at the event was the Inspirational, Generous and Tenacious ~ Gary King

Gary taught me to Pay TRUTH forward; when I first heard Gary speak in America he shaped my thinking and the distinctions I use to coach ex-offenders into work: Start with TRUTH then FORGIVENESS then SELF ESTEEM and then LOVE and employment follows. He is also the reason why I pick up litter on the way to the station!!!
